TBF PERFORMANCE silicone hoses are made of silicone reinforced with 3 nylon layers and offer impressive technical characteristics (operating temperature from -60 ° C to + 240 ° C; operating pressure of over 4 bar; thickness 4.5 mm ) that improve the efficiency and reliability of the bike and give it an extremely racing look.

The sleeves are handcrafted in Italy using the best raw materials.

In order to obtain a superior product, great care is taken in the realization of the molds, all exclusively in steel, perfectly joined and superficially finished: they guarantee a perfect execution of the internal surfaces of the pipes, without wrinkles or reductions in the useful diameter (narrowing) defects. typical of other cheaper production processes (hot bending, joining of pieces with fittings).
Each tube is then reinforced by wrapping a special silicone coupled with three layers of high-strength nylon mesh.
Before the final vulcanization, it is wrapped, by hand, with a special colored finishing tape that gives a shiny appearance to the sleeve.
