Starting device has been adopted in motocross to improve the departure as it allows to lower the front fork by moving the weight forward.
It is a system constituted by a metallic button, placed on the fork protector, which hooks to a strap screwed and tightened onto the fork.
The system is designed to disengage the first brake.
