All cylinder kit are sold complete with all needed for installation: Athena cylinder, Athena piston and all needed gaskets and to complete the installation.
The Cylinder kit developed by Athena guarantees the same performance as the OEM parts (Standard Bore) or an increase in performance that can be observed along the power curve (Big Bore), extreme reliability and optimal smoothness thanks to the lightweight aluminum cylinder, the barrel with nickel-silicon coating, and a piston designed to further reduce friction.
The kit includes the high quality aluminum cylinder, the complete piston with piston pin and rings, and the necessary gaskets.
All the components of the thermal group have been studied, manufactured and tested with severe tests on the track and on the static and dynamic bench to ensure maximum resistance to high pressures and temperature.
