Athena Conrod Kits include connecting rod, roller cage (s) and big end pin. The off road kits, depending on the applications, may also include the small end cage and the shims.

The connecting rod is one of the fundamental components found in the heart of every motorcycle engine: by connecting the piston to the crank pin of the crankshaft, it must withstand high traction, compression and bending stresses to allow correct and efficient transmission of the motorcycle.
